Perfume Oasis delivers across all countries of the world with few exceptions. We are planning to expand to other parts of the globe shortly, so please stay tuned because we might start shipping to your country sooner than you think!
Perfume Oasis does not limit the number of orders for any customer. This gives our customers a fair chance to purchase popular brands before they’re out of stock, especially when it comes to limited-edition launches or discount offers.
You can cancel your order at any step till the final checkout phase. The option to cancel an order will cease to appear when the confirmation email has been generated.

After you complete the checkout process, a receipt will appear on your screen detailing your final order including shipping charges, your billing address, and the items that are being sent to your shipping address. Please keep this receipt for your reference.

You will also receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. (Please be sure to enter your e-mail address correctly on the order form so that we can be sure to deliver your confirmation to you.)

Although we try to have a stock level that will keep up with expected demand, certain items that are highly popular can exceptionally run out of stock. As stocks continuously change and new products are always being added, please continue to check-in regularly to see if we have restocked your desired item or similar fragrance like it.

Returns & Exchanges

In such cases, we usually offer refunds in the form of coupons. This means that if you placed an order and you are not satisfied by the product received, we give you the possibility to return it for free: we would pay the return shipping fees and would issue you a refund coupon for the value of the item that you are returning. This will give you the opportunity to choose another item!


For example, if you paid AED 200 for an item, we’ll give you a coupon for AED 200 directly after you’ve returned the item to us. Please note that the shipping fee for orders below AED 150 are not refundable.


At Perfume Oasis, we always take extra care in packaging your items, however, in case the item you received was damaged or defected, please inform us immediately via the Contact Us Form. Send us an email within 24 hours at customercare@perfumeoasis.me or call us at +971 42630007.

You will be notified via email from customercare@perfumeoasis.me about the scheduled pick-up of your item.


Note: Ensure to provide as much information as possible before completing the return as the perfume you return will be assessed and validated before it is accepted for a refund. If the stated issue is not found in the perfume you return, the perfume will be sent back to you and your claim for a refund will be rejected..

We provide our customers with a 5-day notice period for returns, refund and exchanges. Please note that the items must be in the original packaging and must be unused.

At Perfume Oasis, the most important for us is that you feel comfortable buying the items you really want. If you want to cancel an order, the rule is that the sooner you inform us the better! Cancellations depend on whether your order has been shipped or not. Usually, this happens within 1 business day of the order placed.

However, if your order has been shipped we would not be able to cancel it. Please note that in our efforts to deliver best customer service, we aim to ship your order as soon as possible.

For purchases made via credit / debit cards, the amount will be refunded to the same card within 5 to 7 working days after successful cancellation of the order.

If you used a voucher or promocode (for example a AED 30 voucher) to purchase something from our website, then we just add it to your return coupon.


For example, if you ordered a fragrance for AED 100 and you used a AED 30 voucher, this means that you paid AED 70. But if you returned the item for a valid reason, then we still provide you with a AED 30 coupon so that you won’t lose the benefit of having used a voucher!

 

Payment Methods

Credit / Debit Cards

At Perfume Oasis, our preferred payment method is via a secure credit or debit card transaction. We currently accept both Visa® and MasterCard® credit / debit cards. Our payment gateway is powered by PayTabs which uses industry-leading encryption standards. So, you can rest assure that your card number will be protected. Orders completed with credit cards will not be charged any additional fees.


Cash on Delivery

For customers without access to a credit / debit card, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as an alternative payment method. Using this service, you can select to pay in cash to the delivery agent upon receiving your order. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) option is for specific geo-locations currently.

We use industry-leading encryption standards! This encrypts the data you provide to us, ensures it is safe and not accessible to any third party. From your side, the most important thing is to protect your password. Your data is only used to process orders and to serve you better. It will be under no circumstances disclosed to any third party.

If you’ve tried to place an order but payment is not being accepted, you can still choose the Cash on Delivery option. We recommend that you check with your bank as well so that your next purchase will be effortless and straightforward.

 

Shipment & Delivery

We currently deliver across all countries of the world with few exceptions through our shipping partners. Items purchased will be delivered right at your doorstep whether at your home or in the office.


We offer Delivery Service within major city limits. 
Shipping and handling charges vary depending on destination of the order and are based on the total cost of order. We offer Free delivery in UAE with a minimum order of 350 AED or USD 95 equivalent.
Most Perfume Oasis customers receive their orders within 2-3 working days of placing them. Our delivery hours are from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday to Friday.

Please write an e-mail at customercare@perfumeoasis.me or talk to us at +971 42630007 with our Customer Service representative with your changes at least 24 hours before delivery. In your correspondence include your order number, old delivery address, new delivery address, as well as any special instructions you may have regarding suspending delivery of your order.

At Perfume Oasis, we believe that delivery of the order must be done on time and any delay will be very frustrating, so we are constantly striving to deliver the shipment within 2-3 business days.

For any unforeseen delay from shipping company, please know that your order is our responsibility, just contact us on +971 42630007 or by sending an email at customercare@perfumeoasis.me. We will follow up the order and deliver it to you as soon as possible.

It is not obligatory to make an account while ordering at Perfume Oasis. You may use your Facebook account to connect or order as a Guest without linking any personal accounts.

 

Offers & Vouchers

If you are having issues using a coupon / voucher code, please check if:

  • The coupon / voucher code offer has expired
  • The coupon / voucher has a one-time use and has already been used
  • A coupon / voucher has already been applied to your order as only one coupon / voucher may be applied per order
  • The coupon/voucher may not be valid on some items in your order such as Non-Discountable items or brands that may be excluded from sale
